Artwork Ownership & Product Image Explanation

All product images displayed on this site, including coffee cups, beer mugs, apparel, posters, and merchandise mockups, contain original artwork created by Joel Sivia.

Some product mockups use a blank template (cup, mug, shirt, etc.) where Joel’s artwork is digitally placed onto the product using an editor program. The underlying product image is only a mockup for display — the artwork itself is 100% original and owned by World Realm LLC.

Commercial License

WORLD REALM LLC — COMMERCIAL LICENSE You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased artwork, designs, or digital assets for personal or commercial purposes. You MAY: - Use the artwork on physical products. - Sell physical merchandise containing the artwork. - Use the artwork in branding, marketing, or advertising. - Use the artwork in digital media. You MAY NOT: - Resell the artwork as standalone files. - Claim authorship of the artwork. - Redistribute the artwork in editable form. - Use the artwork in illegal or hateful content. TERMS OF SERVICE — WORLD REALM LLC 1. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. 2. Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. 3. Physical products are produced on demand and shipped by third-party partners. 4. World Realm LLC retains full copyright ownership of all artwork. 5. Customers receive a commercial-use license for purchased items. 6. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. 7. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Affiliate & Reseller License

This section defines the terms for affiliates and resellers who wish to sell World Realm LLC products.

WORLD REALM LLC — AFFILIATE & RESELLER LICENSE 1. ACCOUNT & LICENSE COURSE - To become an affiliate or reseller, you must create an account and product store area at: https://www.worldrealm.org/tavernchat.php - As part of account setup, you must complete the World Realm License Course, which explains: * Product sourcing rules * Pricing and discount structure * Legal use of artwork and branding - Completion of the License Course is required before your affiliate license is activated. 2. SIGN-UP & STORE AREA - Affiliates must: * Create a store or product area at https://www.worldrealm.org/tavernchat.php * Post their product listings to all designated World Realm LLC feeds and channels as instructed. 3. SOURCE OF PRODUCTS - Affiliates and resellers may sell items on other sales platforms or companies (e.g., marketplaces, online stores). - ALL physical products and licensed digital copies MUST be purchased from World Realm LLC for printing or affiliate sales. - Affiliates may take sales orders and build an order sheet, but they may NOT independently manufacture or source the products from any other supplier. 4. SALES ORDER TICKET & PURCHASE LICENSE - Each affiliate or reseller must purchase a "Sales Order Ticket" which serves as their license to purchase products from World Realm LLC. - The Sales Order Ticket includes a purchase license and costs $10, payable at the time of filling purchase orders. - Payment is made through: https://www.worldrealm.org/payment/ 5. PAYMENT & RESPONSIBILITY - Affiliates are responsible for collecting their customer orders and then purchasing the corresponding products from World Realm LLC. - Affiliates may not offer and just receive money or terms from any other position or company for the production of World Realm LLC products. - All production and fulfillment must originate from World Realm LLC. 6. PRICING & DISCOUNTS - Product prices can range from $1 to any higher amount, based on product type and market value. - Volume discounts are available as follows: * 100 units: 10% off * 1,000 units: 15% off * 1,000 to 10,000 units: 20% to 30% off * 30% off is available after at least 5 qualifying purchases at volume levels of 1,000 units or more. 7. LICENSE SCOPE - This license allows affiliates and resellers to sell World Realm LLC products under their own storefronts, provided all products are sourced from World Realm LLC. - Affiliates may not claim ownership of the underlying artwork or designs. 8. TOOLS & EDITORS - Affiliates may use World Realm LLC’s online editors, video creation tools, and ad creation software to enhance their sales pages and marketing content. - These tools are provided by World Realm LLC & Joel Sivia for promotional use of World Realm products. 9. WORLD REALM LLC — PURCHASE LICENSE (SALES ORDER TICKET) 1. The Purchase License (Sales Order Ticket) grants the holder the right to purchase products from World Realm LLC for resale. 2. The license fee is $10, payable at the time of filling purchase orders. 3. The license is valid only for products purchased directly from World Realm LLC. 4. The license does not grant ownership of artwork or designs; it grants permission to resell products sourced from World Realm LLC. 5. License holders must complete the License Course and comply with all Affiliate & Reseller License terms. 6.
